Split Software Achieves AWS DevOps Competency Status

New designation is a testament to Split’s leadership in Feature Management and Experimentation.

Redwood City, CA, USA – Split Software, a leading Feature Management and Experimentation provider that helps customers release, iterate, and develop software with data-driven confidence, today announced that it has achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS) DevOps Competency status. This designation recognizes Split’s deep technical knowledge and proven customer success for enterprises implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery practices with automation through configuration management tools on AWS.

“We’re proud to be recognized as an AWS DevOps Competency Partner, allowing AWS customers to reduce risk, ignite innovation, and deliver stress-free software releases,” says Trevor Stuart, Split’s Co-Founder and President. “We’re part of a select group of only 22 continuous integration and delivery AWS Partners who have earned this designation. So, customers can feel confident they are partnering with a proven leader who can accelerate their DevOps transformation.”

Split’s Feature Data Platform™ is designed to allow enterprises to pair feature flag data with event data to gain valuable, actionable insights for software development teams. Split’s customer Vida Health has experienced this first-hand.  “As we ramped up our usage of Split, engineering teams could see everything went smoothly. This increased our confidence enough so that now every feature and code change we make is wrapped in a Split feature flag,” says Russell Melick, Engineering Manager, Vida Health.

Split’s Feature Data Platform serves feature flags to more than 6 billion devices worldwide. It is available in AWS Marketplace, and is integrated with Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3). Split is also a member of the AWS Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Accelerate Program, reserved for those partners who provide software solutions that run on or integrate with AWS. Interested AWS customers can get started on Split and try out Split’s integration with Amazon S3 for free at https://www.split.io/partners/aws/.
