    Chief Executive Officer

    Brian Bell is the CEO of Split. He has over 20 years of experience leading technology marketing, operations, product, and sales. Brian previously served as CMO and Head of Business Development at Ping Identity and Zuora. Brian is a tech advisor, investor, and board member of the SF Bay Area Theatre Company. He is an outdoor enthusiast who champions technological innovation as a force for good.

    Trevor Stuart

    President and Co-Founder

    Trevor Stuart is the President and co-founder of Split. Trevor previously led product simplification efforts at RelateIQ (acquired by Salesforce), where he worked closely with Split co-founders Pato and Adil. He is passionate about data-driven innovation and building great teams. When not building Split, Trevor can be found in Sonoma County with a glass of wine and his dog, Crockett.

    Patricio “Pato” Echagüe

    Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder

    Patricio “Pato” Echagüe is the CTO and co-founder of Split, bringing over 18 years of software engineering experience. Pato was one of the first three engineers at RelateIQ, which was acquired by Salesforce. He was a lead committer at DataStax for the open-source Java client Hector. In addition to engineering roles at Google, IBM, and Volkswagen, Pato is an avid tennis player and father of two.

    Chief Financial Officer

    As Split’s Chief Financial Officer, John brings over 20 years of experience to his role. Prior to Split, John held leadership roles at Primary Data (now Hammerspace), NetApp, and Sun Microsystems. When he is not maniacally focused on scaling the business models of companies, John tries to keep pace with his two teenagers and enjoys his Wednesday night bocce ball league.

    Chief Marketing Officer

    As Chief Marketing Officer, Aaron guides how Split tells our story to the world. He is an engineer turned marketer, who at one time flirted with becoming a scientist. Before joining Split, he held product marketing and demand generation leadership roles in the telecommunications and security industries. Aaron enjoys collecting fragile old things that are nearly impossible to repair.

    Kristin Vines is the Chief People Officer of Split. She brings extensive experience scaling high-growth companies and building an inclusive employee culture. Kristin has spent the past 27 years helping companies like Directly, Intuit, Demandforce and Hispanic Scholarship Fund. She spends most of her spare time either watching the Dodgers or her three boys play baseball.

    Matthew Cordasco is VP of Product. His passion is building products with a keen focus on the user experience. For 20 years he has built diverse, world-class teams at the intersection of product, technology, and design. He has been a product leader at SurveyMonkey and IBM, as well as a founder. On weekends you can find Matthew and his wife chasing their two kids or sailing the San Francisco bay.

    Christina Singh is VP of Customer Success. Prior to Split, Christina held leadership roles at UserTesting and AKQA. Christina loves breaking down problems into actionable components. Christina lives in San Francisco, where she enjoys bike riding and exploring with her husband and two young kids.
